Diesel heater fuel feed kit for Transit Custom 2013-2022 and Transit 2012 to 2022.

If you are planning to fit a diesel-powered heater to your Transit or Transit Custom van, one of the most daunting parts to fit is the fuel pick-up line from the diesel tank.

This kit provides you with a neat and easy solution to that problem.

The fuel tank on the Transit or Transit Custom is fitted with an auxiliary heater fuel feed, which by default is capped off. The cap can easily be removed with a sharp knife, and by using the parts from this kit you can insert the dip tube into the tank and connect that to your diesel heater fuel pipe.

This kit includes the dip tube and connector with barb fitting. Using the fuel line and rubber connections from your diesel heater, you can connect your heater to the van’s main fuel tank in a matter of minutes.

PLEASE NOTE – The kit is supplied with the dip tube at full length. The length can be adjusted to length – the longer the tube, the more of the fuel in the tank can be used. If you leave the dip tube at full length you COULD run your diesel tank dry.
